Suilven Cottage accommodation for up to 12 is perfectly located for the North Highlands by Dornoch Bridge on a site alongside the beautiful Dornoch Firth where seals and dophins visit. It is also only 2 miles to the busy town Tain for shops and supermarkets.

Completely re-developed for letting in 2025 it now features 6 bedrooms with three on-suite rooms and some shared bathroom facilities including a bath and walk in showers. A spacious, fully fitted and equipped kitchen flows into the dining room and there’s a reception, lounge, washroom and office space with an extra TV for the children too, more details below.

Ben Bhraggie: Spacious Kingsize bedroom with ensuite.

Gizzen Briggs: Twin or Superking with ensuite.

Dounie Hill: Twin or Superking with ensuite.

Quarryhill: Kingsize bed with shared bathroom.

Tarlogie: Double bed with shared bathroom.

Struie: Small double room with shared bathroom.

The house also includes a shared Kitchen, Living Room, Reception & Games Room.

6½ miles to Royal Dornoch with lovely beach, local hotels bar/meals and some excellent restaurants as well as a Cathedral, Castle, Golf and many activities.
North Coast 500 – Driving for 1 to 1½ hours from Suilven Cottage takes you to Inverness to the South or Caithness in the North of the Highlands or Ullapool on the Craggy West Coast which has many sandy beaches and magnificent scenery. Suilven Cottage is a perfect base to enjoy the Highlands.
